hello all. i want to start a hiit dvd at home and ive heard all the above dvds are good. thing is im in england and have looked on ebay and amazon and cant find one to buy, any ideas please........ :)

    Insanity and P90x are available to buy online in the UK. They are both good programmes. Instead of the P90x I started with the P90, which I am pleased to have done. But, it is very hard to find the P90 in the UK, so the P90x might be easier to get hold of. If you want the P90 you need to order it from the US, and pay for them to mail it to you. You will also need a multi-region DVD player.

    Good luck! The key thing is to just get something and start moving, imho.
