Raw cleanse

So a group of friends and I are going to do a week of pure raw eating, at an attempt to cleanse our bodies of our summer junk. We all are feeling sluggish and frumpy after a long fun summer and need a boost to the healthy side. Can anyone give me yummy recipes or ideas? I would like my fantastic man and darling little guy to eat as much of what I do as possible (trying to make it a bit easier on me), so all suggestions would be appreciated.

    I don't think you need to "cleanse" your body or detox or something like that. I don't think there are any scientific grounds for it at all. However, raw food is tasty and nutritious and fun! I make a lot of cakes from dates and almonds. For example: (one serving)
    6 dates
    2 tbsp almond flour or chopped almonds
    1-2 tsp cocoa powder

    Mix the ingredients or chop them very finely. Spread the batter on a small plate Then mix 1 tbsp melted coconut oil with cocoa and honey. Pour over the "brownie" to make a fudge frosting. Let it cool in refrigerator. Super yummy! ca 250 kcal but with lots of good nutrition!
