I usually just have one snack all day which is either 100 calorie popcorn or some other 100 calorie pack.0

Hi! I allow myself three healthy snacks a day. Whether it be carrots/celery and hummus, cottage cheese, an apple, lowfat cheddar, yogurt, etc....I even allow for a glass of wine (red) at the end of the day 3 or 4 times a week. Works for me0

I personally stay away from 100 calorie snacks. I have no problem eating snacks a little higher in calories but high in protein. It is more than the calories that matter.0

My morning snack is usually a bit higher in calories - fruit and/or yogurt, maybe cheese. I don't always have an afternoon snack and I stick with about 100 calories for the late night.0

When Im on a non exercise day I keep my 3 meals at about 300 calories and then have 2 snacks at about 150 calories each (round about) to saty near the 1200 goal....
When I exercise I up my meals to about 400 and then have 2 snacks at about 200 each
Thats my goal at least.
i also try to make my snacks more like meals - a typical "snack" for me would be a pita wrap with lettuce, tomato, onions, cheese and some sliced chicken - a meal just a smaller portion then a break/lunch/dinner would be.
But Im not perfect and my favorite snack is still cookies and milk! 3 oreos and a half cup of milk is right around 200 calories yum!0 -
My snacks range anywhere from 200-300 calories, depending on the day. When I do eat a snack, it is generally raw fruit, yogurt with granola, or pb on toast (something along those lines). Occasionally it is protein bar. I plan my day out beforehand generally, so I always make room for my snacks.0

Around 100-150. 100-calorie packs aren't filling so I have switched to high protein snacks . Usually lowfat cottage cheese, hard-boiled egg, wheat toast w/pb, fruit & cheese.. sometimes baked chips or veggies w/hummus. I only have 100-calorie packs when I am craving cookies.
I also have a fudgsicle or skinny cow ice cream at night.. its a nice low fat treat!0 -
I am following a weight loss program through a local wellness clinic. They have me on the 1200 calorie diabetic diet, and I am supposed to have 3 daily snacks of about 150 calories and 10-15 grams of protein each. I usually choose protein bars or string cheese.0
