What supplements are you taking?

Hi! I would like to see what supplements people are taking to help them on their health journey!

I take a multi-vitamin, cal/mag, coq10, garlic (HBP), greens (1/day), flax/cod liver oil!

    I take omega 3, Vitamin D to help with my heart care.

    I take a multi, calcium, and B vitamin complex (I'm pescetarian and lactose intolerant, so that's why I take the three instead of one multi :))

    Multi / Cal/D / Chromium Picolate / Vit E / Garlic / Kelp / Acai Berry / Green Tea / Biotin
  • All I'm taking right now is a multivitamin, and iron when it's that time of the month.
