I'm glad your diary is open.. You do not eat 1200 calories you eat like 900ish, 1000, 1100. MFP is designed to work for you to keep track of your exercise and eat BACK the calories that you burn. I would suggest getting a hrm to make sure what you are burning..

You do not eat enough whatsoever. I also would suggest eating a lot more protein. You may see a small gain increase if you up your calories but it won't last. You are giving your body nothing to sustain itself..

Your bmr is 1568 according to Harris Benidict. You should not be eating below this. http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/bmr/

Trust me eating so little is not something you will be able to do to in long term to keep the weight off.. You also don't track everyday.. so make sure you have a food scale, eat 80% clean and keep it up! =)

I'm 5.7 and on 1200 net too. As angleu has said you should eat whatever you exercise on top.

So if I do 300 cals exercise I know I should be eating 1500 that day.

I would recommend pre logging your meals and activity a day or two ahead. This way you can get closest to your net without having to worry each day about what you need to eat to hit the amount.

My diary is open if you want to see an eg. Iv lost on avg just over 2lbs a week so far by pre logging and sticking to it.

Also MFP over estimates exercises cals so if possible try and measure it yourself.
