what one should I put for my daily activity for a cna at a long term care?

I only work 3 8-hour shifts a week between sitting in school 2 days a week. I labeled myself slightly active but account for the calories burnt while at work.
We turn residents, transfer, and walk ALL sorts of miles every night at work. That's quite enough to be considered active, especially if you're doing it nightly!0
