Thanks It depends a lot and because like to change it up. I eat around 1600 calories and it looks something like this:
Breakfast: Fiber-oatmeal with berries and milk
Snack 1: Apple
Lunch: Omelet with green salad
Snack 2: Almonds
Dinner: Some sort of protein (fish,chicken, beef and so on) and super much vegetables
Snack: Crisp bread with cottage cheese0 -
