I started out flipping a 350 pound tire, and this morning my trainer had me flip one over 600 pounds. Gosh, I am happy this morning. Even though the scales did not make me smile, flipping this tire did!!!!

    Does Jules have you bench pressing, too? :bigsmile: Goodness gracious friend, I'm totally impressed! Can't wait for news on tomorrow's weigh-in. For what you've done this week, it just has to be good. If not weight, then certainly inches! :drinker:

    Yep he sure does my friend! He includes lots and lots of different things and ways to work out, so it is never boring at all. I am so thankful that this was made available to me. I don't know about the scale, it just not moving down the last 2 weeks. And I still have to wait until the 24th to measure. Jules only wants that done once a month. But thanks for the confidence you trust in me. That helps a lot.
