There is something I do not understand about the end situation of season 2.
1. O.k. A herd came through. Fine. They will keep moving. All they need to do is camp out for about a week and then the farm should be clear. No need to abbandon posts.
2. Zombies do not move so fast. How was it that they were over run so fast? If everyone was at the house/farm, the vehicules were right there. Oh wait, I think Carl was ****ing things up again.
3. You would think that they would have prepared a bug out plan where they would have all essentials in vehicals so they are not left with only the clothes on their backs.
What are your opinions....:huh:

1. The farm was never the ideal safe-house. Everybody knows the best place to set up a survivor camp is at, or above, the Arctic Circle.
2. You can't really blame Carl for being stupid. His parents are from the South.

1. I thought that too, couldn't they just hide out until they passed.
2. I just figured it was because they weren't all there and Hershel's reluctance to leave his farm. *note: not all of us Georgian's are redneck idiots.

Maybe...but i think the whole time they were at hershals they should have been building better fencing and making it a defendable property...Maybe i just think too much like a zombie survivor...have a retreat position that has a retreat position

It would have been a good idea for them to just camp out and see. The barn was damaged, and that was about it. But what were they using it for anyways besides "storage" and a possible execution hut? They should just leave Carl out there by the remains of the barn and say that's what he did that's where he lives... then let a walker get him.
The house isn't safe, no where is "safe" in that scenario. But it gave them everything they needed.
And why weren't they prepared. How many camps did they have over thrown by walkers? 2 and now the farm? You'd think they learned...0 -

This a lot, especially number three. I really wanted to see that story, that would have been great.

And where is Tyrese? I'm also upset they're not going to have the storyline with the twins, and I wonder if they'll have the gall to follow through with some of the major story stuff that's coming up. Gosh I hope they can.

OK so ive always wondered about the fast zombie thing. I mean come on. Their bodies are decomposing, muscle, bone and all, but some how they have cat like reflexes and and can sprint like Bolt. I'm not believing it.0

Ok you know for sure places like that had bomb shelters or weather shelters... No old house or farm was put in place with out it. I agree they should have had food and such stockpiled.
Oh and the other thing that bugged me... they'll look for days for a little girl but when Andrea goes missing they bolt. Fine granted that the zombies were attacking at the time but seriously.
Carl is one of my least favorates right now... Yes, I understand he's a kid but if he doesn't listen then he's a liability. Teach him how to shoot, bow, cut, what not. Make him a valuable member of the team or cut him loose.0 -

The book is always better. Duh! But there are several books that I decided to read only because it was made into a show or a movie.0 -

But here's the downfall, everything that happens in the comic won't happen in the show because the author wanted to change some things up and go into more detail for characters. Cause technically Shane should have been dead from a while back lol. But I hope Lori's baby dies... that woman should not be allowed to breed.0 -

Yeah I completely respect and understand that the show needs to be different from the book. That's what kirkman wants, and its absolutely fine.
I just think the show has all the elements of things that are wrong with TV today. Campy, overly dramatic, cliche, not daring enough, etc.
And there are absolutely things that happened in the book that simply CANNOT be put in the show. Oh well.0 -
I would like to see it get a little more intense. It's very milk-toast. It needs to go along a little more with the comic, if for no other reason than to be something a little more than a soap opera. But at least Michonne is here now. I wonder if they'll make her lame or something. Let's just hope for some tough times ahead so the characters stop being so damn cheesy.0
