You poor child. It's hard enough getting healthy recipes without all your limitations. This is one of my absolute favorites. It makes 4 servings.

I replace the orzo pasta with rice or quinoa.

Edit: It's so yummy; it's like a having dinner at a gourmet restaurant. Here is a photo of mine.

287 calories per serving with rice, I decreased the butter and oil.

What a bunch of suck. :( How did you find out you are allergic to all of those things? I think I have food allergies but every doctor I've ever talked to about getting allergy tested blows me off and says it's probably just stress causing my hives/rash/joint pain/stomach problems/etc.

Sorry I can't contribute any recipes; I don't eat meat so I eat a lot of dairy and gluten stuff to make up for it.

Nvm I just read your profile. I'm going to DEMAND a skin prick test from my doctor because I'm sick of feeling sick! Best of luck to you. Skinnytaste.com might have some recipes for you; I know there are some gluten free ones.

Thanks doll! And yes, please demand!! If you have insurance, just go to a specialist! Thats what I did. Had the skin prick and blood work, I go in tomorrow to have them looked over together!! Its miserable but now I know, I will be able to live happy and healthy!!
