    Weight training's different than jogging, and this soooo depends on my mood (anything from the Reverend Horton Heat to Wu Tang to the Indigo Girls on long runs), but this week my favorite jogging song is 212 by Azealia Banks.

    My all time #1 is 7th house by Danzig. That is a balls out song.

    I also love Ministry, Pitchshifter, Primus, Zombie (White or Rob), and, strangely enough, the Shins, when I work out (seriously, I just want to run "happy" when I hear Australia...)

    If I'm dancing, I like "She Rides" by Danzig or a song "Empty" from The Fashionistas soundtrack.. I'm a ho when I dance... and proud of it!
