What is a good number for your sodium levels to be at while dieting..??? How much a day is good...or what you should shoot to stay under??

If you haven't already, include sodium in your "nutrients tracked" settings. It should give you a number so you have some sort of idea. I have mine set with the standard Cal, Carb, Fat, Protein, and added Sodium and Sugar.0
