Help! Need New Routine

Help! I need a new routine. . .Or should I say a routine :p I'm a horsebackrider, so I have very strong leg muscles, but they can also be stronger. I want to focus on my core and work on getting a flatter stomach and a better core muscle for when my horse begins to act up. I also need more arm muscles. Does anyone have a really good workout routine I could use?

Thanks :) Also I do have a Wii, so if y'all know any good weightloss games on there I'd love you forever!

    I have become a fan of Jillian Michael's workouts. 30 Day Shred is a good one to start with. I'm doing Body Revolution now and absolutely love it.

    Compound exercises all the way.

    Look up starting strength or strong lifts - both are excellent programs.


    Don't forget/neglect diet - eating right plays a big role in this too.

  • Zumba is good for building core strengh and if you add the toning sticks it works the upper body pretty well too.
