    Wild Thing - Tone*Loc
Chop Suey- Sysem of a Down
Jump Around - House of Pain
    Closer - NIN
    Number 1 - Goldfrapp

    :D
  • I like working out to anything with a great beat, but when a tasty metal tune comes on random, I find it serves as a much-needed kick in the *kitten*!

Anything by Iron Maiden is particularly effective for me, as almost every song sounds like horses galloping. And Sabbath's Children of the Grave has a delightfully grinding drive to it...

The heavier the music, the harder I work.
  • pump it - the black eyed peas
crazy ex girlfriend - Miranda Lambert

    Slipknot - The Heretic Anthem

    Flogging Molly - Drunken Lullabies
    Static-X - Push It

Showing my age but LL Cool J's "Mama Said Knock You Out" was always a favorite... good workout song.
