When I thought I was looking ok, i took a side picture

I though I was starting to look 1/2 decent, until I took a side picture..............I lookkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk terrible. I am still 25 pounds overweight so that would account for it. I cannot let this bring me down and I will only take front pics for now on. I also have to remember how my side view was when I was over 200 pounds. Thanks for listening. I'm going to work out.

    Working out is a definite plus - you might want to watch your carbs / sugars a bit closer... just a suggestion as I had a huge belly only to find out it was due to my sugar becoming a bit wacky. :flowerforyou: Just a suggestion - maybe your doctor would offer you better advice. :flowerforyou:

    Yeah u are right about better watching carbs and sugar, i say within my limit but i need to go lower i'm sure.

    You are spot on when you talk about remembering the side pictures from before you lost the weight. Your body doesn't need to be perfect. Your body just needs to keep looking better than it did before. I hate the mom belly, but when I remember how much better it looks than before, it really helps me stay encouraged!
