Les Mills BODY PUMP

I'm trying to figure out how to best add the calories burned from a 60-minute BODY PUMP workout. I'm surprised it's not in the exercise library. I'm trying to avoid having to add each set of exercises since there are MANY different ones performed in the workout. Any suggestions?

probably closest to circuit training. Since it's cardio, picking strength training would be too low of a burn.0

I've been going to Les Mills Body Pump for a few months now and typically burn anywhere from 275-500 calories in the hour. It really varies from class to class depending on the teacher, what songs they choose, etc. A HRM is your best bet for accuracy. 350 is a pretty safe estimate.0

Thanks for your insight!0
