No more then 30 grams of protein in one meal, myth or fact?

For example, if you have 15 grams of protein from cottage cheese and a 25g protein shake in the same sitting, is it true that protein gets stored as fat? This seems very sketchy to me considering I usually have more than 30 grams of protein in a meal. But not too sure.

Healthy protein is good for you. I am well over the 100g in a day at about 30-40g per meal. It keeps you full longer and gives you energy.0

It is a total myth. Eat as much protein as you want, when you want.0
