Wii is good and you can track your weight. There are tons of home videos for yoga and cardio. Amazon has a good collection and you can read reviews as well. Insanity is great but very hard core. If all else fails, buy some five pound weights and do some upper body exercises a bit at a time. I do most of my stuff at home. I can't afford a gym membership. I'm not lazy and I don't care if that's where the so called fit and attractive people congregate.0

I love Leslie Sansone's walking programmes. They range from one to five miles and you can burn well over 400 calories on the 5 miler in just over an hour! She also has some which incorporate a bit of strength trainingusing resistance bands and they are all available on YouTube.
I live in a very rural part of Wales and there are no gyms near me so I do all of my exercise at home and at night as I work full time - works for me :happy:0 -

Ofcourse you can do gym without going to the gym !!
If you can just walk/run in your neighboorhood, or maybe if you can get a bike ? That's already a good start.
I do this workout, Tae Bo, like once a week when I'm at home. Here is one link that might be helpful=

I lay on the floor while watching TV and do crunches, leg lifts, then ill do jumping jacks, push ups, and I even just smply run in place. I cant afford a gym membership and I work 11 hours a day so I usually take 5-10 minutes depending on how busy of a day I have at work to run in place or do these other exercises. I even grab a heavy book and lift it over my head a ton of times until my arms ache and then I do it another 20 times to know I got a cook workout in. Just do little things here and there and you will notice the difference.0
