I am new to all of this

I am starting to track my food intake and such to see if I can drop some pounds! Any Suggestions would be great! This is my first day I am already wanting to go find some sweets to eat. Does not help that today I had to go in for my yearly blood work fasting so I missed breakfast and it is telling me.

Hello and welcome. The first day is a little tough, but it does get easier. My tip would be to use the community section of the web site to learn what others are doing. I also find that by having 'friends' that are active help keep me motivated.0
