Thank you so much MFP for helping me lose...

6cm off my waist
2cm off my biceps
4cm off my hips/butt

I am so so happy, I was getting very down that the scales were barely moving, but now that I've got my measurements re done and see these kind of results, I am feeling not only proud - but hugely motivated!

Just wanted to share my big happy smile with ya'll...

I am having the same issue, could be muscle mass and fat loss.

I went up on the scale but have lost another 1.5 inch around.

I will take the inches anyday over a number on the scale.

Congratulations! Keep up the good work.

I have started to pay more attention to measurements than my weight. I weigh more now but I wearing smaller clothes than I was in high school. :)

oooh, struggling with the scale myself for the past few weeks. Methinks it is time to MEASURE.

By the way, to the OP, GREAT job and thanks for the reminder that I should not always trust the scale...

Mine barely moved in a month, a mere pound ... but i went down a size in slacks, went down a neck size, shirts are baggier... so it's a good victory...

    Congrats on your success.

Hang in, the scales lie, but the tape measure doesn't!
