Exercise while sick

Today should be day 4 of me doing the 30 day shed. I woke up feeling awful and didn't go into work. Should I suck it up or is it okay to take a day off?

    If you are too sick to go to work you are too sick to workout! Listen to your body and rest up so yo can kick butt when your feeling better.

    Consider it a rest day/ week. It's not the end of the world. In fact a rest week here and there can stimulate a better response to exercise when you come back. Just get back to it once you'r feeling better.

    Everyone's different but, for me, working out when I'm sick just makes me sicker. Rest up, get better, and then start back up again.
