Thanks for the breakfast idea....just picked up vanilla greek yogurt; will add PB2 ... and Christmas Jam.
Christmas Jam is about 35 cals. per tsp. It has cherries, strawberries.....and other marvelous fruits!!!!

I was SOOO skeptical about it - peanut butter flavored yogurt just seemed WEIRD to me ... but I tried it and it really was DELICIOUS and the protein is killer

Its amazing!! It has saved me sooooooo many calories and gives great protein. It doesn't have any junk in it...just defatted peanuts, salt and sugar.... probably the single most effective calories saver I have ever discovered!!0 -
