I am 62 and looking for some buddies

I am a 62 yr old female with some health issues like congestive heart failure and a bad wrist and looking for some buddies for encouragement. I am currently at home and not working and so I still feel I fit into the not a specific meal time plan and just need someone to talk with.

    Hi Cheryl, I'm Linda and new to the site. I too have health issues.. Rcent open heart surgery, five bypasses. But I am doing great, back at work, and hoping to lose 100 lbs. I too need encouragement and support.
