~Here's my Story~ 27/F/5'1

Hi Everyone,
My name is Cathleen and I am from Canada. I'm 27 years old and 5'1. I have been a little "chubby" my whole life (minus 2 years, where I shed nearly 20 pounds and kept it off.) I had lost weight shortly after my father suddenly passed away in 2008. Shortly after his death, the gym became my favorite place and I began eating very well. The weight has slowly crept back, and I am back to where I was. I'm use to it at this weight, as I weigh the exact same as I did when I was 14 as I do now at 27. But, I felt really good when I was down. I had better confidence, clothes looked great on me and most importantly, I was in better health. I'm excited for myfitnesspal. I have been doing it on and off now for amount a month.
I am very activie. I play ball hockey all summer and ice hockey all winter. I also love going to spin class and other cardio classes at the gym. My big issue is I also LOVE to eat!! haha.... Good thing I'm active....

I'm 5'1, 138lbs. I'm aiming to get below 120lbs as that is where I felt my best!!

Hey Cathleen, you seem thin compared to me but I find it amazing , your determination to lose weight. Good luck truly and I know it will be hard for you, maybe even harder then my goals currently. Wishing the best truly.0
