CLEAN CARAMEL POPCORN
1/3 Cup Un-Popped Corn
1/3 Cup Chopped Peanuts (Raw Unsalted)
1/3 Cup of Sweetener
¼ Cup Pure Mayple Syrup
1Tbspn Organic Un-Salted Butter
1/2Tspn Pure Vanilla Extract
Method:
1. Combine Popcorn & Peanuts in a large heat-proof bowl; set aside
2. Prepare Caramel; In a saucepan sweetener & Mayple Syrup on medium high heat & bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium & simmer until thick enough to cover the back of a spoon (2-3mins) Add the Butter & Vanilla stir until the butter melts.
3. As soon as the butter combines, use a wooden spoon to slowly combine caramel mixture into the popcorn until evenly coated. Serve immediately

I made this all the time with Grade B maple syrup minus the peanuts. Absolutely the best ! I usually add some baking soda to the mix and in the end put it in the oven for 20 minutes. It is then yummy and crispy0

Makes sense but I wasn't interested because it was clean as much as I was because it sounded good...until I got to the unpopped kernels. I see lots of broken teeth!0
