The last 15

Hi my name is Jen. I've been on this site for about 4 or 5 months but haven't really added any friends. I've been reaping the benefits of the getting closer to my goal weight when I have paid attention to my food journal. The journal is a great way to track what I am doing and seeing what I need to change. But, the past 2 months I haven't been entering in my data or following my diet as clean as I should resulting in no lbs lost! I need some friends to help push me to getting me to my goals. I would love to do the same for others as well. Add me if you want to HELP each other to being successful in our weight loss journey! Thanks

    Feel free to add me, I still have 27 to go, but the holidays are looming too... so I'm sure it will be hard. I'd be happy to have more help motivating me and vice versa!

    Thanks, yeah the last few seem to be the hardest to lose. I'm trying to tone while I shed them with weight training and not just cardio. So that is partly why I haven't lost anything either, I''m turning fat into muscle.

    Hi! I've lost 20 pounds using MFP and I recently reset my goal to take off that last ten! Ideally I want to accomplish this by Christmas/New Years. I am always looking for more motivation because we all need it... and I offer it back in return. Feel free to add me!
