Thanks again everyone...
I see many of you asking for how I did it... WELL ha it took a lot of hard work... Eating healthy.. I loved chips cookies cake and all the bad things for me.. I do allow myself one time every few weeks to enjoy myself still. Otherwise I would go crazy...
I learned to eat better and started walking... I feel off the wagon for 6 months about... Got married and just let go again. I gained 20 pounds in that time and then I decided I wasn't going to let myself gain everything I lost and worked so hard fo. So I took off the 20 and then worked on getting past Onderland, which I did and then 100 loss. Still want to keep going, until I have at least a healthy bmi, and from there. who knows...
Support has been a big key for me also.. Being here and having the great supportive people.. I do feel so much better and healthier
