Hey there, I was wondering if anyone can share how they progressed through the different workouts...How often did you do the workout and when did you switch levels. Thanks!

I did the video for the first time yesterday, I started at level two and Im pretty sore today. I was thinking of doing level two for a week or so then doing level three. I really enjoyed it!

I did the video about 30 minutes ago on the first level workout and i didnt really feel much besides the ab parts. Are you super sore?

I am on level one, day 5. I'm not all that athletic and have not worked out consistently aside from the treadmill in some time. I am bit sore, but not "i can't walk sore'. I am just going with the recommended 10 days on each level before progressing. I am enjoying it (despite hating it at the time) and in only 4 workouts (today will be day 5) i can see firmer parts on me!
  • Thanks for the replys!!! I appreciate it. How did you log the exercises on MFP or didnt you?

yes, i eat around 1300 calories a day. i know i should be eating more but i cant. i'm full. haha  and i exercise around 60 mins to 80 mins 5 times a week. sometimes i try to get 6 in but i like to have off on the weekends  its hard at first to stick with it, but after a month or two you get in the routine of it and its nothing after that! keep it up! :drinker:

if you click on exercise then search for the exercise you did. for me with the 30 day shred, i log it under general circuit training. it kinda sucks because youre going off of already calculated calories, but for the most part you will probably lose around that, it just might not be that exact amount. i really want to buy a heart rate monitor but i never have 65 bucks to buy one. :grumble:
