Today I weighed myself and was at 200.5, well I decided I would take some pictures to see the progress, and.... I no longer have a crease in my back from back fat!!! The picture was enough to make me think about my days and if I have any discomfort where that skin used to touch, and I realize that it is gone. I am so very happy today! I will post a side-by-side picture on my profile later this evening when I get home from work.
