Yup, all over the past 4-5 weeks.
Low cal, no junk, walking, and working out daily. I'm retrying a diet that a specialist put me on a few years back that ultimately failed due to a number of things - including falling into a bout of depression after a close friend died young.
Hoping to stick to it this time. Fingers crossed.0
