Great Book - "Then Just Stay Fat"

Hi everyone! I have to tell you about this book I'm reading which is titled "Then Just Stay Fat". It's written by a trainer in Arizona from where I just moved. I do not know her personally, but the book is an Erma Bombeck meets Dr Oz and Bob Greene. It's hilarious and in your face.
NOT JUST ANOTHER DIET BOOK. It's only available for download. I have it on my Kindle.
