Hello my name is Becki and my ultimate goal is to lose 90 pounds, with 1 small goal at a time. I want this to be a lifestyle change, not just a quick fix. I am doing pretty good so far, but I do have a question. It seems like I am going over on Protein every day. Is this a bad thing?

How much over your protein are you going? If it's not too much, then it shouldn't be too bad, as long as you're getting your good carbs and good fats as well. I think you'll do great.

Thanks. I have always struggled some with my weight, but had a total hysterectomy in 12/2010 and have since gained 50 pounds. I have never been much of a pop drinker so that's one good thing.
Yesterday I was over by 41, one day was 10 I think and 1 was 6.0 -
Welcome! I always go over my protein, it isn't a problem as protein is good for you, as long as you are getting in all the other essential ingredients in your diet then thats great! Good luck! Please feel free to add me as a friend.0

Hey if you doing weight trainning a bit of extra protien is great to help build them muscles back up after a work out! Muscle burns fat much faster naturally. So if you are working out having extra protien isnt too bad
