Question about 30DS

Ok so I'm on day 8 of level one. It never was all that hard for me and now it's too easy. I don't really feel the burn and afterwards it doesn't feel like I had a great workout. Just an ok one, which isn't enough. Would it be ok if I moved on to level 2 even though I have 2 days left for level 1?

    Yes, I think so. I tend to burn the most and feel it more on lev 2 so most days, I just do lev 2. I've had to start over because I took a couple weeks off midway through lev 3 and for the first couple of days, I did lev 1 but then jumped right in to lev 2. If u find it too difficult, u can always drop back down for a few days and then move on.
