Hey guys.
I need advise. I've been drinking relentless and Monster , but the calorie free ones (Well, low cal/low or no sugar).
Thing is, I feel a lot less guilty about drinking these, but sometimes it gets to the stage where I can have 2 a day or have them very regularly! There has to be a catch.
Surely there's no good in these? But they are so addicting! Arhhh!
The only thing I can think of of them being bad would be the fact that caffeine makes you retain water
Help, I'm going to drink myself into a sugar-free energy drink grave!

I managed to stop before these darned sugar free ones were released now it's like, well.. there's no harm in them.
Thing is I know there is harm in them I just can't figure out what!0 -
Its all the chemicals and crap in them which is sooo bad for you!, I had a bit of thing for them a while back drinking atleast one a day (whilst I was at uni) and I've managed to tell myself NO no more! and I havent touched them in months (apart from one the other day because i felt really low and had a headache it helped haha)
but they do taste so damn good, personally I wouldn't want to be drinking all that crap every day0 -
Energy drinks are no good. I'm not a coffee drinker, so green tea has been my morning pick-me-up for years. Tons of health benefits and an energy boost! I've also become addicted to juicing and there are some great energizing combos.0
