Hi everyone
I love all the ingredients of salad but just now i have gone right off eating them and cant find anything that will jazz them up to make me enjoy them again - the only thing i dont like is olives :-)
any suggestions for a healthier lighter lunch?

i love craisins and sunflower seeds in m salads. Any kind of granola or chopped nuts. Sometimes i take what ever kinds of left overs i have - rice, veggies, meat and toss it in0

you don't have to eat salads. I enjoy a turkey sandwich on multigrain bread with cheese, lettuce, tomato and light mayo.
I used to LOVE brocooli, but eating it daily turned me off of it for a while. You can change it up if you need.0 -

i think thats what i might need to do - i enjoy the thought and the look but actually cant bring myself to eat them - strange - never used to be like this0 -
I use raw baby spinach instead of lettuce, and add feta cheese and a little tatziki for kicks - lower calorie than salad dressing, and I think it tastes better anyway.
Also, buy some flat bread and wrap your salad up - its much more satisfying (to me anyway).
Oh! Also, baby sweet peppers are crunchy, sweet, delicious, and great for you. I cut them into strips and throw them in salads now and then as well.0 -

Tzatziki is basically just yogurt with excess mosture removed and cucumber put in. It's really easy to make and (depending on the recipe) is very low calorie. You can find about a gazillion recipes for it online.
On another note, I agree with the other poster who said eating something all the time turned her off to it. I'm the same way - I can't eat yogurt right now. I ate it every day for months, but now, it's just unappealing. Nothing wrong with changing preferences.0
