I WILL NOT EAT AFTER 5:00 PM AND IT WILL PAY OFF BECAUSE I AM STRONG. WATER DOES THE BODY GOOD!

  • Actually, I've heard eating certain things before bed is not only not a bad thing, but can have some benefits as well. Who knows if this is true, but Shape magazine had an article that had to do with eating high-fiber carbs (like popcorn) before bed, and that it actually helps you sleep better!

    Personally, I don't eat dinner until 7:30 or 8:00, and then go to bed around 10. I find that eating later keeps me from post-dinner snacking.

    And yes, water does a body good! ;)

    i think 5pm is alittle harsh, unless you go to bed at 8. I have heard that you should not eat a cpl hours b4 bed but not cut off so early. Your body uses sleep to restore and repair. With no fuel to do this I think you will find your sleep suffering. Plus I can only imagine that you will be so ravanous the next morning you may be tempted to binge. Please dont equate starving your body of nutrients to being strong. Deffinatly set limits but don't over tax yourself or you will sabotage your own plans. Good luck and be healthy!
