I started at 172lbs after the birth of my son and will be sitting at 145lbs soon which will be my smallest for the last 10 years lol. I wanted to lose about ten more but was hoping someone could share what that looks like for motivation

I am 5'4 and shooting for that as a goal....so I would love to also see...I am 155 currently coming from 207....You look great though...Love the outfit....0
