Measuring Foods - Grams vs Mls

Hi everyone,
Need advice about weighing and measuring. If a teaspoon is 5mls and you eat a teaspoon full of peanut butter, if I record it in MFP as 5grams is this accurate for calories? Thanks so much!

Mls are a liquid measure and grams are a weight measure, they aren't interchangeable. For something like PB I would (and do) just weigh it in grams rather than trying to do a volume measurement since it is more accurate overall.0
