just happened upon this site and think it's exactly what i needed. i was instructed by my dr. to document my diet and I was actually going to try it the old fashioned way, with pen qnd paper. ha! not only is this more than i expected it also tracks exercise and goals. i found myself working out just to post it. it's like racking up points in a video game.

OMG I SOOOO DO THE SAME THING....lol. I find myself jogging an extra 15 to 20 min just to be able to put it on the chart. :bigsmile:
I thought I was a dork for doing it...glad to see I am not alone. :laugh:0
