Week 17 - total loss 44.5 lb so far

This week my weight loss was good - I dropped 1.2 kg (2.6 kg). I also reached a major milestone, losing more than 20 kg! So I've lost 20.2 kg so far (44.5 lb).

My exercise has been good, but for various reasons I've been doing more walking than cycling this week. Actually quite a lot of walking because I've been showing a visitor from St. Louis around Tokyo.
