Must Haves??

Options
What are your healthy "must have" foods in your home?? I'd love more excellent ideas (:
For me it's:
Cottage Cheese
Greek Yogurt
Bananas
Eggs
Sucralose
Coffee!! (ok so neither healthy nor not healthy but still)
And the list could go on... Others?

    - canned black beans
    - canned chick peas
    - canned chipotle peppers
    - spices (to turn the beans into fun convenience foods)
    - salsa
    - cans of diced tomatoes
    - whatever fresh fruit i'm craving (peaches, pineapple, apples, blueberries, strawberries)
    - frozen fruit (mango, strawberries are my can't live without two!) for smoothies
    - ground flax seed (to add to the aforementioned smoothies)
    - i go CRAZY on boneless, skinless chicken breast & pork tenderloin whenever it's on sale
    - crystal light (for when i have "pop" type cravings)

& last but not least... PLENTY of reusable water bottles & containers so I can batch cook and easily take food to work.

Mmm.. yeah I use flax seed here and there.. it's ok. I use it to up my protein a bit but it's honestly not that high in it and has more carbs and calories than I care to add. If it had more protein than that would be another story. Carbs are good. If ate properly.
I honestly would like to get some protein powder here someday.
