Today is a fresh new day..and I feel like I'm starting over today after falling off the wagon for the last 4 days and doing very very bad.

Well after my response to you yesterday advising that I was skipping my weigh in do to my bad long snowed in weekend I read some posts in which people were against not weighing in. So I decided to go ahead and weigh in today instead of waiting and to see how far back my weekend set me. I am exactly the same as I was almost 2 weeks ago when I weighed in. Guess my weekend wasn't as bad as I thought!0

Sometimes we need to fall off the wagon to get us motivated to do better. Plus you can think of it as "shocking" your system as long as you only go off the bandwagon every so often. Good luck getting back into a routine.0
