Ha ha - I got over excited and bought some a couple of days a go not knowing what to do with them!
Looked up some recipes & some of them I roasted with a bit of salt & pepper, and some I chopped & fried up with onion, garlic, cumin, corriander, gram masala & chilli - both were scrummy!0 -

Oh and apparently to stop them going slimmy if you're putting them in a stew or something "if you place them in just enough cold water to cover and squeeze an entire lime into the water and lime juice and just let it sit for about 10-15 minutes, then drain and season" it stop it!0
