how bad am i cheating?

i had my official weigh in yesterday and was up by 4 ounces. but, i know that i worked out a lot later in the week than usual because i was sick and was expecting to lose a bit of weight pretty soon. i peeked this morning and was down like i expected, so i logged it! <cue my evil laugh> so, i know that i am cheating, but am i cheating terribly or just a little bit?

    LOL, not cheating at all. I think the more obsessive you become about it, the more success you will have. Just try to weigh yourself at the same time each day/week or whatever and also with a similar amount of clothing. Our weight varies during the day so comparing your weight before breakfast one week to your weight after dinner the next week is not so accurate. Also yse the same scale each time.
  • oh, no that is not cheating. It made you feel good about what you are doing, right??? You are doing great, keep up with the exercising.

    My daily chai latte...now that is cheating. :blushing:
