    I have my moments with it but as of 17th September i'm going to give it a proper chance to get these final few pounds off.

    yes, paleo/primal eater from belgium here => works like a charm (the diet, not me ;-))

    if you give it a try, plan 2 weeks, cause your body will have to come over the withdrawal of the carbs ..; that's the hardest part, feels a bit like a flu for 1-2 days (carb-junky ;-))
    you can take a lot of lemon-juice (without sugar - press fresh lemons and mix with water) to get over that jitter

    for me it's worth ever since :-)
