Hi everyone :smile:

I have a good friend on MFP (well she's my good friend outside from here) and she needs a little support and motivation.... I got her to join MFP a couple weeks ago and she's really trying to eat healthy and exercise but just like all of us here she needs a little push and support from new friends...feel free to add her and show her we all care!!!     Get her to join in on Friday weigh in's and ask her to friend me! I'm happy to give support where I can! :) I get more support on here then I do at home too, so I understand!
