    Hi Courtney,

I am not going to tell you that you have a medical condition,I do not know your personally, or your medical history...
However, what I can tell you is that I can relate to what you mean when you state "I don't want to be struggling with my weight and feeling uncomfortable my whole life", and "I am sick of it". I feel exactly the same way. I have come to face the facts that at this point in my life, I HAVE to get the weight off & FOLLOW THRU due to health reasons. I think that everyone of us can say 'Yeah, I would rather eat a donut and coffee for breakfast any day, versus a piece of fruit and yogurt", or I would rather eat a Pizza for dinner, versus healthy protein and a salad". There are soo many wonderful ways to make "clean and healthy" food flavorful & delicious, and I can gladly help you with that if you need me to. This may help you with the binging to think of it this way... If you were to buy a Brand New Vehicle & it got a Big Scratch in the paint that same day, would you keep letting the car get scratched, to ruin the paint? Of course not, so why eat "clean and healthy" for a part of, or a whole day, and then sabotage yourself by "Cheating" and using the excuse we all know too well "I've already ruined my day, oh well..
.there's always tomorrow". Hopefully, that helps, and you have a great weekend!

    Regards,

    M-
