    WOW!!! you and Andrea have been kicking some serious butt on those beach body workouts!! proof that if you stick to something, you get the results your looking for... my butt needs to get in gear and push play EVERYDAY... great work!!! very proud of BOTH of you!

    Below is my before and current photo. I was able to drop 73 lbs through Power 90 and P90X. Right now I'm on a program called Body Beast to gain mass. I have about 2 more weeks left on the program and I've gained about 6lbs total. Now I'm on the cutting phase and hope to rip back up!

    SFBarbear - Power 90 is an excellent program. There are complaints that the program can get boring but I'll tell ya what, it helped me drop 43 lbs in 90 days. If it worked for me, it sure as heck will work for you. BRING IT buddy and I wish you success during your journey. Add me on here if you'd like. I can help you every step of the way.
