I've been doing kale peach smoothies that are really good:

    1. Fill your blender up with kale leaves and diced peach
    2. Puree with about 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk until it's nice and smooth
    3. Divide among 12 muffin cups and freeze
    4. Once solid, pop out the kale cups and transfer to a big Ziploc
    5. In the morning, crush up 1 kale cup using your blender's ice crushing setting. Add 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder and some water, and blend away. Add more water as needed to attain a drinkable consistency.

My calculations yield 121 calories, 1 gram of fat, and 24 grams of protein per smoothie.

ZI use Clearvite vitamin enriched powder with 1 cup Almond milk, banana, blueberries and strawberries. Sometimes mix it up with mango, peach, etc. also throw in some cruched ice.

OMG! I have heard of the overnight oatmeal back when I lived at home. I have been on my own for almost a month now (boyfriend and I got a place together) and my job went from 2 days to 7 days a week the second week of Sept. I'm still adjusting and mornings have been hard getting breakfast ready. We are smoothie people and I'm so glad you shared this link with me! Thanks!

I really like this recipe for a Kefir Smoothie

1 cup unsweetend, plain Kefir (kefir is a form of yogurt, just more runny. I buy it in 32oz bottles from the grocery store)
1 cup frozen mixed berries (or you can just use raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, whichever is your favorite)
    1 Tbsp agave nectar
    1 Tbsp flaxseeds

Blend all together until smooth, no need to add ice. It's right around 300 calories, I forget the exact amount right off the top of my head. I love it the most because it gives you a really good balance of pro-biotics, fruit and healthy fat (from the flaxseeds). They are really good for breakfast or post workout.

    1/2 cup frozen collard greens
    1/2 cup frozen spinach
    1 cup frozen mixed fruit
    1/4 cup oats
    1 scoop protein powder
    1 cup almond milk

It's low fat and about 350 calories. I drink it everyday!

I make many variations but my go to is:

    3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
    One scoop protein powder
    2 T flax seed meal
Handful kale, broccoli rabe, or whatever green you have handy
    Handful frozen blueberries
    Half a frozen banana

If memory serves, this should be around 45/45 grams protein and carbs, and eight or so grams of fiber. Somewhere in the neighborhood of 450 calories.

1 cup almond milk, 1 cup water, 1 frozen banana, 1 cup blueberries (or 1 pear) and 12 frozen asparagus spears... Blend until smooth.

Add protein powder if you like...
