Please help

I posted this earlier this year, and I've had no response. I really need some help. I've ante'd up work outs with hot yoga, too. I changed my birth control to lower hormones, and I'm still gaining. I really don't know what to do.....
Hey guys,
So this is my first post, and I'm kinda embarrassed to do so; I don't want to sound like I'm whining. I have always been athletically inclined and big boned (hey, I have Scandinavian in me!) and I have been able to push hard and tone up/ lose weight. However, I was in a car accident in October, and since then I have straight ballooned. I have always felt my best in the 139-145# range, and since this accident I am up to 154, at 5'7 1/2". I know it may sound like minimal weight gain to some, but here's the kicker: I am medically retired from the Army for some serious back injuries I incurred while I was Active Duty. With that being said, ANY extra weight on me, especially my mid-section literally hurts. I am about a 80% clean eater (always under/at my 1200 cal/day) , and do workouts such as 30DS + auxillary gym workouts (weights and cardio). I am working my *kitten* off, and literally, nothing is happening. I am getting severely discouraged, and feel defeated. Has anyone been in this similar situation and found a way to jumpstart weight loss? I really need some encouragement.
Thanks,
L.

It could be that you aren't eating enough... Have you tried metabolism confusion? Where you don't eat the same number of calories every day? Here's a link

Have your thyroid levels checked. The docs generally medicate you if your TSH is above 4, but after years of feeling like crud despite medication, I realized they only had me down to 3.8 and I really needed more medication - I think 2 is a better number.0

^^Good advice!^^
That's what my trainer suggests when I hit a plateau. Another recommendation is to do carb rotation (high, low, no carb days in rotation). It confuses your body and it makes a change to how it's storing/using calories.
Try one of these ideas for a week, then return and report on what's happening. We'll have more suggestions!0
